Boy’s Activities

• Christian Service Brigade (CSB) provides weekly programs that enable men to guide groups of boys through adventure-packed, action-filled experiences that grow them closer to God…and equip them to be our leaders of tomorrow. The Cherrydale programs are open to all appropriate age boys regardless of church membership or affiliation. We also need adult men willing to volunteer and assist with our programs. Basic information about our three CSB programs appears below. • Stockade (3rd–6th grade boys)

  Meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Van Doren Room (E100).

• Boys in grades 3-6 may participate in Stockade. Boys learn Christian service and develop lasting relationships with godly men who help them as they mature physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually (Luke 2:52). Meetings involve games, activities, group and personal achievement, and a constant emphasis on biblical truth through stories and Scripture reading. Activities include sports, camping and other outdoor events. This year's program will begin on Wednesday evening, October 1, at 7 pm and continue meeting on the first and third Wednesday of each month during the 2008-09 school year. Fathers are welcome to join. Stockade meets in the Van Doren Room (E100).

• Tree Climbers (1st–2nd grade boys)

• Tadpoles (Age 4–kindergarten boys)

• Meets every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 7-8:15 p.m. in the Van Doren Room (E100)
• Boys age four to kindergarten may participate in Tadpoles. This program is similar to Tree Climbers and is also designed to build relationships between fathers and sons. An organizational meeting will be held in the Van Doren Room (E100) at 7 pm on Wednesday, October 15.

Girl’s Activities

• Tabitha Circle will meet every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 7-8:30 pm. beginning in October. Join us for fun, crafts, games, fellowship and exciting studies. For questions or to enroll contact info@cherrydale.org
