Grief is one of life's most difficult experiences.  With GriefShare you will learn how to walk the journey of grief and be supported on the way. It is led by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. It is a place were hurting people find healing and hope.  Each session will include:

(1) A video featuring personal stories of people like us who are grieving the death of a loved one, and expert insights on topics important to grief recover.

(2) A guided discussion time to talk about what we've seen on the video and what's going on in our lives.

(3) A workbook for taking notes during the videos with optional exercises and weekly journal.
