Welcome!

Thanks for taking the time to find out more about us. At Cherrydale Baptist Church, we’re people from different backgrounds who have encountered Jesus Christ and are learning to live a new life for the glory of God. Our goal is to love God and people above all else. Perhaps you’re searching for hope in a confusing world or looking for a church home. Whoever you are or whatever your situation, we invite you to get to know us and experience the love of God and the power of the gospel in the midst of our church family. Please let us know how we can serve you!

Join us for Sunday Worship

9:00 am Sunday School

&

10:30 am Worship Service

3910 Lorcom Lane
Arlington, VA 22207

Our worship service consists of a blend of traditional and contemporary music, a time of confession, Scripture reading(s), prayer, and a practical and relevant message from the Bible. Twice a month, our service includes Communion (a practice where we remember and celebrate Christ’s sacrifice for us).

We offer Sunday School classes for all ages and encourage you to join us for additional learning and discipleship experiences! Visit our Classes & Electives page to learn more about our current classes for adults.

We gather for prayer from 8:30-9:00 am in the 3rd floor Prayer Room to pray for the Sunday morning ministry in our worship service, Sunday School classes, and fellowship. Please join us!

We would love to meet you! The best way to do that is to stay afterwards for fellowship after the service, drop by our Info Center in the Commons, complete our Visitor Form online, or contact our church office.

Worshipping Together

Children of all ages are welcome to join their parents in the worship service, and we love that they are with us! We strive to create a welcoming atmosphere, so crying and fidgeting are expected! If necessary, you are welcome to step into the Commons to help your child settle, but please come back in as soon as possible! The service is livestreamed into the Commons. An optional Children’s Message is offered for 1st-5th grades during the sermon in a separate room.

We offer Sunday School classes for 3-year-olds – 5th grade. Parents may take their children to their classroom location starting at 8:45 am and all children must be picked up by 10:00 am. Nursery for infants to children up to age three is available the entire morning in the nursery hallway located on the second floor.

Sixth-12th graders are encouraged to attend the worship service as their main discipleship activity on Sunday mornings. Learn more about our Sunday discipleship opportunities for teens.

Additional information on our family ministries (including activities and opportunities during the week) can be found here: Kids (preschool through 5th grade) | Youth (6th through 12th grade)

We’re located at 3910 Lorcom Lane; Arlington, VA 22207. We have two parking lots, easily accessed from Military Road and Lorcom Lane. You’ll find designated guest parking by the church entrances at both lots. Street parking is also available, but please do not park in the St. Andrews lot across the street.
