Guatemala Trip - August 11-18

Trip Summary
In Guatemala, we will be working with orphans, offering a VBS program and assisting adults with Family Training. Cherrydale will be partnering with Buckner International, a global Christian ministry that is dedicated to the restoration and healing of children, families and senior adults.

SE Asia Trip

Cherrydale will send a team to SE Asia for a very unique and stretching cultural adventure. This trip, which will be led by Pastor Matt Gibert, will involve cultural immersion (as we live in the houses of local host families), a significant amount of prayer walking, and elements of adventure tourism. Dates for the trip are July 6–22.

Focus for Four (FF4) Trip

This year’s FF4 trip will be going to Turkey to partner with Cherrydale missionaries Joe and Yvonne. This trip will be led by Doug and Terri Batson, and will include Pastor and Mae Belle King as participants. Trip dates: June 14-27.

Family Trip (Cherokee, North Carolina)

Cherrydale Baptist Church is partnering with Mission to the World for a family oriented short term mission trip to Cherokee North Carolina from July 14-21! While this mission trip is suitable for a broad range of ages, our goal is to provide families that have at least one child in grades six through nine the opportunity to participate in a short-term, family-oriented mission trip (of course older and younger siblings are invited as there will be activities for all ages to participate). The activities are based on the gifts and interests of the group and may include evangelism through vacation bible camps, minor construction projects, and visiting seniors in the Cherokee Nation.

Cost includes lodging and most meals: $465 per person - family discounts of $100 for a spouse and children ages 13-18, $200 discount for children ages 6-12, and $390 discount for children ages 0-5. Click here to download trip brochure.
