November 19, 2020 Kindred Speakers: Chris Seaton
An Arlington county foster parent herself, Chris Seaton is passionate about bringing the love of Christ to vulnerable children. Chris is the Executive Director of Project Belong VA and spends her time inspiring, recruiting, and resourcing churches and families to engage with the needs of the 5,400+ children in Virginia foster care system and the 140 million children around the world needing a forever home. Previously, Chris spent seven years as the Missions Director at McLean Presbyterian Church. Chris enjoys pursuing adventure with her husband Scott, their three grown children and her trusty golden retriever Knox. Chris’ husband is the Pastor of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Arlington, which they planted in 2008.
