December 3, 2021 Kindred Speakers: Facia Gooding
Facia Gooding is a human resource professional with more than 20 years of experience working for private companies that provide goods and services to the US government and other private sector industries. Facia has been on a professional sabbatical since Fall 2018, enjoying her family, and serving in ministry. As she prepares to return to the workforce as a consultant to small and midsize businesses, she is amazed at all that God has done and used her for throughout the years, and is excited for what she knows He will do for and through her for His glory in the future.
Guided by her conviction and faith in God, Facia is an active member of Cherrydale, where she participates and volunteers in adult and children ministry activities. She was educated in Liberia, England, and the United States, and has been blessed to visit several countries, as she enjoys exploring cuisines from different parts of the world. A wife and mother of three, she believes that to address the many challenges facing our world, we must not only be grounded in the teachings of the Bible, but must also share and live out the good news of the Gospel intentionally in how we engage with those who cross our paths daily.
