Men’s Retreat | May 31 – June 2
DON’T GO IT ALONE
Men have received a high calling to imitate Christ, but often find themselves alone in the trenches. Yet, as soldiers of Christ, we are surrounded by a band of brothers fighting the same battle. Join us for the 2024 Men’s Retreat, where we will spend time intentionally fostering community, challenging one another, and praying for each other.
Join your Cherrydale brothers for this retreat and you’ll experience:
- Biblical community and personal growth through worship and prayer
- Practical sessions and personal testimonies
- Small group discussions
- Fellowship and recreational activities
WHERE: Skycroft Conference Center; 9621 Frostown Rd; Middletown, MD 21769
LODGING: 40 double-occupancy motel rooms will be filled first, then a lodge with bunk-style beds.
COST: $170 registration fee covers meals, lodging, and retreat materials. Scholarships available, as are gluten free/vegetarian meals.

Schedule Overview
Our general schedule is below:
- Friday, May 31: Retreat begins on Friday evening, with check-in from 4:00-6:30 pm, dinner at 7:00 pm and opening session at 8:00 pm.
- Saturday, June 1: Breakfast is followed by large group sessions and discussion breakouts. After lunch, enjoy free time or your scheduled afternoon recreation. We’ll gather together over dinner, worship, and evening activities.
- Sunday, June 2: Enjoy breakfast, our final group session, and a worship and prayer meeting. Retreat ends by 12:00 pm.
Saturday Recreation Options
When you register, you may sign up for one of the following organized activities for Saturday afternoon:
- Basketball (no fee)
- Frisbee Golf (no fee)
- Hiking excursion (no fee)
- Volleyball (no fee)
