Lessons & Carols | Dec. 10 @ 6:30-7:30 pm
Join us for Cherrydale’s “Lessons & Carols,” a joyful celebration of Christmas! Bring your family and friends as we celebrate Christ’s birth with Christmas carols and Scripture reading, followed by a live nativity, complete with a petting zoo, cookies, and hot chocolate!
CHILDREN’S PARTICIPATION
PreK- 5th graders are invited on stage to help lead the church family in worship! Since this is a musical performance, practice is required, both at home and at church in the weeks preceding the event. Registration is now closed as rehearsals are already underway!
Rehearsal Dates:
- Sundays in November (5, 12, 19, 26) and Dec. 2: 9:50-10:15 am in Sunday School classrooms
- Saturday, Dec. 9: Dress Rehearsal | 10:00-11:00 am
ADULT AND YOUTH MUSICAL PARTICIPATION
- The Adult Choir will be participating in Lessons & Carols! Learn more and join — all Cherrydalers are welcome!
- We are forming a Youth A Cappella Group to perform a song as well! Please register your student below, and select all available rehearsal dates.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: We’re expecting a large turnout, so we have the following requests!
- Cookies: We’re planning a special time of fellowship afterwards. We need at least 40 volunteers to bring cookies!
- Set-up/Clean-up: Like to help behind the scenes? We could use a team especially to help clean up after the live nativity!
