Youth Ministry Sunday Morning Discipleship
In addition to serving and joining the church family for our Sunday worship service, teens have an opportunity to go deeper together in learning to be disciples of Jesus from 9:00–10:00 am.
Regular Schedule
Location: 6th-12th grade classrooms are located in the Forge hallway.
Middle School Class | 6th–8th Grade
All middle school classes use the same Bible-based curriculums. For most Sundays of the school year the 6th graders meet together, while 7-8th graders meet in a separate classroom.
Students should bring their own Bibles to practice personal study skills in class. They should bring pens, highlighters etc. to mark in their Bibles. They should also bring a small journal or spiral note pad to take notes in class and sermon notes during the worship service.
High School Discipleship Opportunities
High school students meet with youth leaders to do various study plans, including but not limited to: Sermon series deep dives, equipping for Christian living and ministry, and Youth Group series studies.
High school students are also able to attend one of Cherrydale’s adult Sunday classes or serve as a helper in Children’s Ministry.
