David and Renee Lyons grew up by Lake Erie in Ohio. David met Christ at a Billy Graham Crusade, and Renée opened her heart to Christ while growing up in a pastor’s home. They began working with the Navigators Collegiate Ministry at Virginia Tech and then directed the U.S. Navigators International Student Ministry for 15 years. In 2004, the Lyons family moved to Colorado Springs to serve as Director of International Operations. David took on the role of International Vice President in January 2010.
David coauthored a book with his sister, Don’t Waste the Pain. The book, along with an interactive website with the same name, provide a valuable resource for people who want to grow through the pain in their lives.
