Dear Cherrydale Family,
This week, the Associate Pastor for Teaching and Shepherding Search Committee held our second meeting. So far, our internal search has resulted in two candidates putting forward their resumes for our consideration. After a dedicated time of prayer and discussion, we voted to invite both candidates to submit an application. The internal evaluation process will remain open until July 18.
Please join us in praying this week:
- For these two candidates who are working on their applications – that the Holy Spirit would direct their paths and give them peace as they continue in this process.
- For the Search Committee and the Elders as we seek God’s will and wisdom.
- For the Gibert family as they prepare to move to Houston at the end of the month.
- For our church family during this time of transition.
